Anhydrite screed can be applied at a rapid rate and can generally take foot traffic within 24 to 36 hours. Being a pumpable self smoothing floor screed it can be installed bonded, unbonded or floating over thermal or sound insulation. It creates a smooth and level surface for the application of floor coverings, tiles and other finishes. It is also ideal for use with most underfloor heating systems.

Anhydrite screed can be applied over installed electrical and other services and is suitable for use in most commercial and domestic buildings. It can be laid 10 times faster than conventional screed and is capable of achieving a lower minimum thickness. Anhydrite creed also has a high flexural strength.
